Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Sunehri does not offer returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.
However, an exchange can be made within 7 days of purchase under the following specific conditions:
⦁ The item is defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery.
⦁ The product received is different from the original order.
⦁ An item, such as a price tag, label, or original packaging, is missing from the package.
⦁ To claim an exchange for a defective or damaged product, you must provide a video of the item showing the fault within 24 hours.
⦁ Customized items are generally not eligible for exchange.
To dispute an issue, you must send pictures and videos of the defective item to help call +92 307-SUNEHRI(7863474) within 24 hours of the delivery date. Sunehri will review each dispute individually and work to be fair to both parties.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a replacement of the same value will be issued and sent to your address. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with an exchange
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
⦁ Discounted or sale items.
⦁ Wedding Wear and Couture dresses.
Refund Policy
Sunehri does not provide refunds or a money-back guarantee for purchased items.
Order Cancellation
Once your order starts processing it will not be cancelled in any case.
Sunehri may cancel orders for various reasons, including if an item is out of stock, damage is found during a quality check, a technical error occurs.
Sunehri do not store credit/debit card details or share customer information with any third parties.
